DESIRED OPPORTUNITY:
High-level management/strategic policy position for nonprofit (or for-profit) business venture that understands the balance between human/community empowerment and successful entrepreneurial initiatives. Creative expertise in fiscal management; fund development; personnel, board, community and political teamwork; and the importance of effective technology-based interactive marketing and outreach. I am generally seeking exciting consulting work but will accept a fantastic full-time position!
TRANSFERABLE EXPERTISE:
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT: Advanced over 10 years from Fund and Resource Development to assistant and executive leadership positions. Responsible for program and budget planning and implementation, personnel supervision, public relations, marketing, outreach and policy development for agencies with operating budgets ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000. EMPOWERMENT VENTURES: Created and conceptualized a range of innovative projects geared toward improving business and nonprofit ventures with empowerment-based models. I am currently in the process of centralizing these techniques through web-based business and writing portals, including sites specific to utilizing web (or pod) casting, Wiki-oriented open source collaborations, empowerment-oriented resource campaigns and the production of commercially viable entertainment products that convey added value to social and community change techniques. __I see these projects as good ways to test new ideas for my clients__.

- Nickel-A-Meal Campaign: Proposed strategy for raising funds through fast-food and other restaurants by having patrons voluntarily give an extra nickel per purchase for local food empowerment and exercise/nutrition projects to fight obesity. Nickel-a-Meal Against Obesity.

- Balance of Empowerment: Introductory project for creation of fictional political/action thriller books and films that seek to promote value of everyday advocates as super heroes and heroines.
